need for an experienced staffs to be a part of our Human Resources Team
for an initial of 6 (six) months contract and start immediately in
Jakarta.
The position needed is as follow:
1. Human Resources Assistant (Code: HRA - Jkt) - 1 post
Primary Purpose
The post holder will provide appropriate, timely and professional
service to make sure that all HR documents are available in employee's
personal file and good HR database management in place and all payment
to supplier/consultant is done on time. He/she will also support Child
Protection team for several administration works in related with CP team
activities. The HR Assistant will work under the supervision of the HR
manager and work in coordination with HR Officer in providing HR
support.
Core responsibilities:
1. In coordination with HR Officer develop, update and maintain HR
database system that can give alarming the management about the
expiration of employment agreement and be able to provide a summary
report as required by HR team ( e.g. gender balance within organisation,
turnover data).
2. To maintain good filling system of human resources section and to
provide administration support to Human Resources team in the day to day
operation.
3. To maintain appropriate records and ensure confidentiality
regarding personnel activities and personnel data including employment
documentation, evaluations, exit interviews, grievances, and other
relevant information.
4. Periodically assist in auditing and archiving including employee
and application files.
5. To maintain good record of employee's file (national staff) and
update on regular basis.
6. To arrange ID card for each employee and ensure that the card
receive timely
7. To ensure that human resources kits (Child Safety booklet,
Company regulations, HR forms, etc) are available and updated all the
times.
8. To assist the preparation of human resources materials for
presentation or training.
9. Be aware of engaging human resource activities that are legally
compliant and reflect SC's values and principles, including a commitment
to not discriminating on the grounds of disability, race, religion,
gender, etc
Requirements:
Background and Experience
* Diploma in business administration, management, or other
related social sciences, preferably Bachelor degree. Other professional
qualification is an advantage.
* At least 2 years experience as HR Generalist or HR
Administrative and at least 1 years experience working with an
international non-government organization
Knowledge and Skills
* Good knowledge about operational HR admin and the use of HR system
* Essential knowledge of current Indonesian labor laws and employment
practice
* Having an excellent organizational ability to work to deadlines,
manage time well and confidentiality.
* Experience of working on the internet and in the management and use
of spreadsheets
* Good communication skills both verbal and written - English and
Indonesian, and computer skills - Word, Excel, use of the Internet,
databases, and email.
* Strong ability to work collaboratively with HR team
* Developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and
oral to establish effective relationships and having diplomacy skill
* Proven administration and record keeping ability and attention to
detail
* Ability to get on with people from different backgrounds
