In partnership with Kemitraan, Tiri is seeking a competent and
experienced Indonesian with high personal integrity to fill the position of :
Web Master
Job Summary
Reporting to Programme
Manager for the Tiri Indonesia Programme and working closely with the other
colleagues and partners. The Web Master will work to improve the performance of
the Grant Check and I@W Websites, as well as the online resources and websites
of the Public Integrity Education Network (PIEN). She/he will be responsible for
the development and maintenance of all online and website resources of the Tiri
Indonesia Office to strengthen network communications, sharing of knowledge,
programme publicity and outreach to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. General
· Monitor, improve, and update the performance of Tiri’s projects websites.
· Ensure the websites are easy to navigate and address the needs of the
users.
· Support the Tiri’s work plan and promote the objectives of Tiri in
integrity governance.
2. Project
· Take over the ownership and management of Tiri’s
Grant Check and I@W websites from former website developers;
· Undertake the development and expansion of the PIEN;
· Co-ordinate with Tiri’s partners (users) to improve
the websites;
· Ensure the regular updating, effective running and
security of all websites and web-based resources;
· Manage all Tiri Indonesia Programme’s databases and
online resources
3. Administrative
· Provide IT
support for the relevant Tiri’s partners and staff members in Indonesia and
around the globe;
· Provide support
to the Tiri Indonesia Team on all administrative, financial management,
documentation and reporting requirements.
Essential requirements for the
position
1. At least a degree
in computer science or software engineering, or other relevant fields;
2. Minimum of 2
years of work experience in a related field;
3. Ability to work
in a close-knit team and in cross-cultural settings;
4. Have a good
command over Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) , Cascading Style Sheets (CSS),
and Extensible Markup Language (XML);
5. Knowledge of the
open-source Unix operating system or its variants ;
6. Knows a
programming language such as C++ and Java;
7. Knows web
application such as PHP, My SQL and Dreamweaver;
8. Fluency in Bahasa
Indonesia and English; both written and oral communication.
