Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Project Officer - Danone Aqua

As a leading beverage company in Indonesia and No. 1 water producer in the world, Danone AQUA invites high competent professionals to join our Sustainable Development Department and work on the expanding CSR Program as:

Position: Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Project Officer

Roles:
1. Apply project management tool kit as a basis to design the WASH projects in surrounding AQUA's operating units.
2. Ensure that projects executed and budget administered in line with the workplan and company policies/requirements.
3. Facilitate the partnership of AQUA and local stakeholders on the implementation of WASH projects on the field.
4. Support capacity building-sessions on WASH-related topics for CSR teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Support CSR Coordinators within different plants to ensure the projects' targeted outputs are achieved.
2. Work together with other functions within the program to ensure the Department's objectives are achieved
3. Manage 2 ways communication with all related stake holders.

Functional Competencies :
1. Experience on the field of community development.
2. Strong understanding on project management scope.
3. Essential technical knowledge and skill of WASH subject.

Qualification:
1. Having university degree on civil/environmental engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience on WASH sector, preferable in the community based-projects.
3. Proficient in English both writing and speaking.
