Position: Sustainable Agriculture Project Officer - Danone Aqua

As a leading beverage company in Indonesia and no. 1 water producer in the world, Danone AQUA invites high competent professionals to join our Sustainable Development Department and work on the expanding CSR Program as:

Position: Sustainable Agriculture Project Officer

Roles :
1. Apply the project management tool kit
2. Facilitate the implementation of sustainable agriculture program, include economic development & waste management in local community.
3. Ensure that project activities are implemented, and budget administered in line with the work plan/company policies.

Responsibilities :
1. Work together with other functions within the program to ensure the Department's objectives are achieved
2. Manage 2 ways communication with related stake holders
3. Support CSR Coordinators within different plants on any CSR-specific issues



Functional Competencies :
1. Sound community based-development skills
2. Understand and master the project management tool kit
3. Skill the stake holder and risk management approaches

Qualification :
1. Having university degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience on the area of stake holder engagement and community development, preferable within CSR programs.
3. Proficient in English both writing and speaking.

Organization
The respective position reports to Sustainable Agriculture Program Manager.
