Introduction to TRAFFIC
TRAFFIC, the wildlife trade monitoring network, works to ensure that trade in wild animals and plants is not a threat to the conservation of nature. It actively monitors and investigates wildlife trade and provides information to diverse audiences worldwide as a basis for effective conservation policies and programmes. TRAFFIC is a strategic alliance of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN). TRAFFIC is an international network which is organised into seven regional hubs.

· Based in Mataram and Sumbawa placed in supervision teams

URS is the managing contractor of the Program Implementation Unit Consultant (PIUC) under Provincial Road Improvement and Maintenance (PRIM) Program, an Australian Government funded activity. The objective of PIUC is to provide support to the Program Implementation Unit (PIU) in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) in implementing the pilot PRIM program, carry out training and institutional strengthening, and provide institutional support to the maintenance works program including engineering designs and bid documents.

Horticulture Specialist, Mozambique - ACDI/VOCA

We are currently seeking a Horticulture Specialist for a prospective multiyear community engagement and livelihoods project that will build the capacity of smallholder farmers in Mozambique to produce high-quality horticultural products and pursue sustainable livelihoods. The project will include a value chain assessment of vegetable markets to identify target horticultural crops; strengthen producer associations and partners; deliver training and technical assistance in horticultural production; improve access to high quality inputs, technology and finance; improve post-harvest handling; and strengthen market linkages.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND
The Program Officer, Islamabad Representative is a Senior Management position currently reporting to the Country Director on program development and representational matters. The Islamabad Representative will represent International Medical Corps in Pakistan, working with current and potential donors and partners as well as with the international community. The position holder will be part of the senior management team with a responsibility to help build a strong organizational unit that adds value to the country team and will help in establishing International Medical Corps’ presence in Pakistan and in the region. The Program Officer, Islamabad Representative will:

1. Support the Pakistan team in the identification, cultivation, and successful development of new business opportunities within Pakistan and the region
2. Act as a liaison with local and regional officials, USAID, DFID, WHO, UN, and other NGO agencies in support of country and regional plans for new business opportunities.
3. Will work closely with the existing country team and the Regional Desk to identify, develop, and submit concepts, proposals, and expressions of interest to a wide range of relief and development donors
4. Supporting the reporting and representation requirements of the field mission
5. Assist in developing the country strategy
